Nedbank Worst Service

I financed my car through MFC in Feb 2022 and I was convinced by the Sales agent to open a Nedbank Cheque account and move my salary plus the car debit order to Nedbank which I did and they promised they will give me a R200 cash back monthly for the 6 years while paying my car. Nedbank did not honor they promise and I've been send from pillar to post regarding my R200 cash back. I am considering closing their account as it coats R115 to maintain. Nedbank is the worst bank I have ever experienced. They are not trust worthy and they don't keep client promises
