Nedbank worst service

Nedbank I'm very disappointed in you we have been together so long. Last payment for my car finance and you decide you will take matters into your own hand and debit 2 days before the agreed upon date. Which put my account in a negative. You then turn around and bill me a honering fee for your mistake. Netflix does not get their money because of you and bills me two fees. Please let's reversal all of these fees before I move all my accounts to FEB.
