Nedbank worst service

Worst sercive always. Only 1 teller/enquiry clerk, and customers waiting and waiting to be helped for ever. I was told i must wair for 20mins to get change, as the other teller is busy. What the hell? Will not make use of them, and please do bot put youself through this revoling service
