Nedbank worst expirience

I get my salary via Nedbank so when I tried transferring my funds from my current account to my pocket the funds went to Avo Mobi money facility I called the bank on Thursday 24/07/2025 They told me the Mobi money facility has not been active for the past 3 months so they need time to open the facility transfer the funds to my current account which will be done in 24hrs it's been 48 hrs The complaints manager has tried everything to assist but the back office technicians are not opening this facility for 2days it's a back and forth I've been calling non stop with no joy my question was why would a facility that has been discontinued 3 months ago has not been removed from our banking app please assist urgently as my debit orders are unpaid who will have to pay for those fees
