Nedbank worst customer service

I received the worst customer service from Nedbank. I had to switch most of my debit orders myself. They even failed to switch their own debit orders. I am now having debit orders bouncing and incurring charges. The initial person that assisted me does not even want to take accountability, He is blaming the branch. I have been escalating, visiting the branches and still no resolution.
