Nedbank worst client service ever.

I have reported a transaction on my account that was not made by me...a week has since past and no one at Nedbank is willing to assist. I have moved from Absa to Nedbank and in my second month with nedbank i get this service. Ive send 10+ emails, ive been on the phone 4 times still no answer.

Do not bother move to Nedbank at all.
