Nedbank worst business bank ever!!

I have merchant card machines from Nedbank. Since 22 August they have put a block on my deposits from the machines. Nothing was paid into my account for 5 days. More that R20000 of my funds being held back. They still have not paid all of the batches into my account. Worst business bank ever!!
