NEDBANK WORST BANK IN HISTORY

SO I began the process of applying for a personal loan on Monday. From past history, I feel psychologically ill, whenever I have to start an application with Nedbank, the inconsistencies and slow service in the past are enough to give one disorder. Service delivery is by far, the worst and slowest out of all of the banks. I accepted the offer on Wednesday. I was requested to send additional paperwork, yesterday, which I sent via email.

TODAY, NOT A PEEP back from both consultants dealt with. Called the call center, only to be told the standard answer,go into the branch to submit the paperwork . Nedbank clearly are not focused on providing a quality customer orientated service. I was told from the call centre, applications cant be made online, go into the bank??????!!!@!!!?
