Nedbank worst bank in Africa
<p>Not only does Nedbank have the highest bank charges and worst service they charged me R80 after smsing me to exhange my old card for a new one. After phoniong them they apologiesed and told me i had to go into the branch to get a refund. This is a waste of my time, if I dont keep a track of my account they will simply deduct fees they are not supposed to</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I dont want to hear any more " were sorry " and politically correct responses.
Im closing my accounts with Nedbank and moving to Capitec !
I was told by Nedbank to go into a branch and get a refund.
I dont have time to stand a hour in line, you guys have the worst service.
Refund me, its that easy !!!
