Nedbank ... worst bank ever...

I changed my bank to a platinum cheque account at nedbank ... and I'm regretting it already... nedbank seems to be the worst bank so far ... it's been 2 whole weeks since I opened my account and I haven't recieved my cards as yet.... I've gone to the bank... they can't help me .... phn their customer care m. They can't help me... I've emailed the person I opened my account ... cos I've take out an overdraft... wich has expired cos it's valid for five days .... now I'm going to get paid ... I have no card .... no banking app... this is such an inconvenience as I have debits coming out of my other accounts.... worst bank ever ... dnt ever switch ... ur account cos your not valued here
