Nedbank worst bank ever

Nedbank is the worst bank ever!!!!100 calls to customer care and went in the bank 5 times and they cant sort out my problem.some one else’s credit card purchases smses comes to my phone.i didnt know who’s card it was but threw nedbank i even know the lady and her husband’s name and their phone number and her id And where they live.so how is nedbanks security first of all and how come i just get her sms purchases and my debit card smses but not my credit card smsses.i am sick of this.nedbank is definitely losing me as a client.
