NEDBANK - WORST BANK EVER

If this application allowed me to continue without a rating at all - I would gladly give Nedbank a 0. This bank is only if you want to bank monies, but don't you are ask a question of any sort whatsoever. They have a procedure in place to deal WILL ANSWER. They will tell you it is 7 days. YOU WILL HOWEVER FIND THAT AFTER A MONTH OR MORE they still have no answers. At this point they will ask you to visit a branch, which in turn will know less that the people at Head Office - and who has been left to deal with the customer, because the so called Head Office is totally ***********. Their online money application will only reflect transactions up to the 19th Jan 2020 even though it is all ready the 10th Feb 2021. Ask them why and they don't know and will refer it to technical who has 7 days to reply. A WAIST OF TIME AND ENERGY.
