Nedbank worst bank ever

The worst bank ever,I lodged a transaction reversal, the lady that had helped me,never processed the claim,did follow up via phone as I had moved to a different location,nothing was done.

Their banking app is as bad, and their services are horrible, there is no better branch, all the branches I’ve been to, they are all the same
