Nedbank worst bank ever!!!!

Nedbank has the worst service ever don't know why I went back to them because they already showed me this back In 2016 it's been a month of hell for me and now I'm forced to sleep on an empty stomach with my 7 year old daughter because I cannot access my money that nedbank has I'm just going to report this with the ombudsmen worst part the last agent I spoke too by the name Thabisile had such an attitude when I asked for her team leader she went mute for 7min till I ended the call it pains suffering when I have money but nedbank decides to take it in definitely taking this higher and I'll make sure I expose how useless they ate....*****ing from people
