Nedbank worsen experience

They always block my accounts without communication and they don't care how this affect the person's reputation. My account was blocked once again with no communication and they blocked it on Thursday knowing that we are going for a long weekend. I am a mother I have bills to pay debit orders to pay. A helper to pay, now my helper went with no salary money for Easter holiday and her family was saying such filthy and disguise things about me. I went to the bank that Thursday even though I was working and they promised to assist. After an hour they called to let me know that my account was reactivated but only to find out later that only the credit card was activated so that l pay more bankcharges and l couldn't either transfer money to the credit card from other accounts. Have suffered on this weekends which even led me to borrow money from pple who demands long interest as if I had no money. On Monday now in the morning I realize that my accounts were now open. I then transferred money to the credit card for the money that I needed to swipe since my trust to other accounts was now affected. I then paid some of my bills. Embarrassing I went to checkers and when I was purchasing my groceries affer a long weekend of toucher my credit was declined being embarrassed again I then taken all the money that was left in my other accounts that was specifically to pay my nanny and for fuel to go to work and I still have some debit orders pending. so that I pay the grocery. I no longer have money to pay the nanny I need to send her money as of yesterday for her to come back I also need to go to work no fuel money I regret choosing nedbank. I am a refugee and difficult to get loans now am stuck I can't go to work if my nanny is not back and my nanny can't come back with no money just because of nedbank, am so hurt might lose my job as today is even critical for me not to go to work. Please Hellopeter help this is even haunting my mental being
