Nedbank worse than loan sharks

Nedbank are bunch of ******* taking advantage of people! I settled my account in August 2020 their app gave me a settlement amount which was paid up in full!! The following month the app showed that I had no amount due as my account was paid up!! Now they are calling me requesting for more money to settle an account already paid up in August!!!! Taking advantage of people !! They are the worst bank and do not advice taking up their services worse than loan sharks
