Nedbank worse service ever and I just joined them

I opened the account on the 28th of October 2025 I haven't received my card yet. Yesterday I deposited money into the new Nedbank account tested with R12 payment reflect all good I then transfer R180 it reflect also. I slept with a balance of R192 in my pocket account. This morning when I wake up the 180 has disappeared without a trace. The bank transaction on showing R12 that was deposited the R180 its like it was not deposited at all.

I am told they is technical error by the contact centre advisor. And I am told to way until tomorrow. They can don't know when it will be fixed
