Nedbank worse bank Samantha Chinsamy and Thathakahle Mbambo

The worst Bank in the world! I got ****med 11 weeks with NO support from Nedbank. They promised me that I will have feedback and my money back within 9 weeks. I submitted my ***** case on the 6 of July and up until today I had no refunds nor feedback. Samantha Chinsamy and Thathakahle Mbambo are the people that are suppose to work on my case. They are useless. Stay away from Nedbank. They don't care about clients and they all should be fired.
