Nedbank worse bank ever

Nedbank is the worst bank ever. Being their client means nothing. All they do is tell you about policies and WE CAN'T and WE CAN'T. Their policies don't favour clients but themselves. I have a home loan, a car, and a cheque account with them and this means nothing to them. one of the SA college was deregistered from the Department and I requested the school to deregister myself from their school and deactivate the monthly debit order, which it was June and July, and then i was deregistered successfully. On August 15th, a debit order from the school came through. I couldn't reverse it on the Nedbank Money APP. I called my bank, NEDBANK, to reverse the debit order, remove the mandate (as it was done while the school was active/registered with the Department of Education), and place a stop order for the debit order to not go through. They REFUSED....telling about opening a case with SAP and they will see if they can do it.....image...worst bank ever. I am planning to move my account somewhere else as it is the only way to stop the school from debiting my account.
