NEDBANK - Worse bank ever!!!!!

I am very frustrated with this bank. On the 11 January 2024 I had a problem trying to transact from my Trust;s business account. After conversing with an online consultant I was informed that there was a FICA hold on my account. I RECEIVED NO WARNING OR ANY COMMUNICATION ABOUT THIS. I was informed to contact my personal banker Mr. Wynand Van Aardt at the Brackenfell branch. He confirmed that there was an issue with the re-Fica and that I had to resubmit my Fica documents which I Promptly did on 15 January 2024. I have been informed that everything is in in order with the documents and that the matter will be sorted out urgently. Since then Mr. van Aardt has been dodging my calls and not responding to my emails. I have lodged a complaint with Reference CCM ***9. The complaint consultant, Ngiba Silindile, has also been trying to contact him with no response. In the meantime it's almost month-end and I still cannot transact on my account. HOW CAN A BANK PUT A HOLD ON A ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY WARNING!!!!
