Nedbank working with ****mers K&M Event Factory Supplier

Nedbank is working with a company that is ****ming people.

I made an EFT payment to a company which banks with Nedbank. The company is called K&M Factory Event Suppliers. I made a payment of R58287.50 for the purchase of a mobile fridge and mobile toilet. The company promised to deliver and guess what? They didn't. I requested a reversal from FNB and I received feedback.

"FNB attempted to execute the payment reversal as per your request, but unfortunately, the request was not successful. Based on payment rules and regulations, the bank must obtain permission from the recipient before the payment can be reversed. Regrettably, the bank was not in a position to obtain the required permission to reverse the payment, and furthermore, the recipient did not provide the bank with the required consent for the bank to share the recipient’s contact details with you"

So basically Nedbank is refusing to refund my money from these ****mers because they do not have permission from these ****mers. This company is getting away with de*****ing people because they know how they operate with this bank.

It's sad to know that this account is working while they are ****ming people.
