Nedbank wont assist me with my money!

I went to the Nedbank Branch is Sandton City to request that my 32 day account funds be released to me early because I need to pay my child's fees who is currently kicked out of school. They asked me to give them documentation as proof, of which I did at the branch and then i was told to leave and the funds ill reflect the following day on the 28th May 2019. On the 28th May, I receive a call from their consultant asking that they require a recent invoice from the school, which I sent and then on the 29th May 2019 I get an email saying my request has been declined, with no reason. I find this unacceptable especially because of the seriousness of the matter. My child is missing out on school and the invoice that I sent to them has the school contact details which the bank can gladly call to verify. I need my money and if the bank will charge me a fee, I do not have a problem but these useless delay tactics are really frustrating!!!!!!!!
