Nedbank won't assist me as my personal banker is on leave

I am a Private banker and I have a very bad experience with Nedbank, since Tuesday no one can assist me, I'm told that my personal banker is on leave and will only be back mid-January. I logged a complaint and 48 hrs lapsed, no one is bothering to contact me. Whenever I make a follow up, I'm told someone will call me back, up until now, I'm going for day No. 3 now no assistance.
