Nedbank won't allocate money for my credit card payment, been over 2 weeks

On the 5th of August 2026 I made a payment to my credit card, it is now the 19th of August and this still has not been resolved, I spoke to Tsepo today, and he said it should take 2 days to clear, he said he will follow up with me tomorrow, so I will have to wait and see, Nedbank is quick to give you debt but slow when you try to pay it off, pathetic service if I'm being honest, and they'll probably charge me interest for those 14 days they were ****ing around with my money.
