Nedbank Wondepark pathetic

Went to nedbank wonderparl branch on the 26 November to transfer funds from our club account to our personal accounts. Kobus said the funds will be in our accounts within 3 days. We called nedbank on Saturday ,we spoke to Lerato on Saturday and she said will be in our accounts on Monday and i thought transfers from nedbank to other banks can take up to 3 days to reflect. I am disgusted because they don' t even care to call us and explain what's going on.kobus and Lerato are pathetic nx.we still waiting for the money.
