Nedbank withholding funds in ***** Case of Frozen Favourites😠

I was an agent for a company called Frozen Favourites. I had clients under me which made payment directly to the Company's Nedbank account for 12 months, starting December 2021.

Nedbank please release funds. STOP withholding funds which need to be paid to clients.

As a leasing bank Nedbank ***** department has not shown any remorse for clients who have suffered from December till now.

Please address this matter with the Company and the Company's accountant.

I want to ensure reimbur*****t of all my clients. This case is going on too long with no resolutions. Take a stand Nedbank and do your part. The Company has been with your bank for years surely this matter should be regarded as urgent.

We need our money Frozen Favourites & Nedbank. Both have pathetic customers services. Very disappointed at this stage. Going on 3 months without any services rendered that can assist client.

My clients hasn't received any hampers and only got Half payments that wasn't even the half of what they contributed. Everyone is frustrated and stressed out and its not like we are borrowing the money, it is MONEY DUE TO US!!!

PLEASE ADVISE URGENTLY TO THIS MATTER!!
