Nedbank with holding refund due

Dear Nedbank, I transferred funds to a closed account and have been trying since Friday to have them reversed. I have spoken to 7 departments, spent several hours on the phone, been in to Branch twice. Now I am told I should wait 10 more days to be refunded, this is unacceptable, please escalate, you are holding money for my daily expenses, please escalate this urgently.
