Nedbank wipes out my Bank account with a double debit for a home loan

Nedbank wiped out my account this morning by a double debit for a home loan I have with them. When I called the customer care I was told I am lying I didn't pay in January, even though my bank statement reflects a debit order on the 3rd of Jan 2022, I have never missed a payment . Now all my other debit orders will bounce because Nedbank and their horrible service. I need my money back Now.
