Nedbank Wills:Disaster on Death?

My Old Mutual Will is now for14y with Nedbank safe custody.I changed my bank details.I sent a mail.They sent me back a form to complete and proof of my banking details.I sent it back on 3 October,2024. On 08 October I received a mail from Willscopies that changes have been updated.

On 2 December they tried to deduct R75 FROM THE OLD ACCOUNT!!!!!It was returned and I received a R130 penalty from my bank.I wrote an e-mail,asking for an explanation.Nothing!

I tried again today to phone Wills.Asked to speak to the people who did the confirmation.Was not allowed.Leave message.They even have the odessity to warn me by message,that they will try again on the 15th of December to deduct the R75 from the wrong account,AGAIN!!!
