Nedbank Wills Centre false promises

My mother and I keep our Old Mutual Wills with Nedbank in safe custody.I pay the fee for both,as my mother is 85y old.In 2024 I got a nasty mail from Nedbank telling me that my debitorder didn't go through.After a long,multiple discussion,we determined that the confusion was that there were TWO wills,that I paid for.I completed TWO Debitorder forms,the money was deducted and it was confirmed that the system is now updated...In 2025,I received a mail that my debitorder didn't go off as the bank account didn't exist snymore....All the struggle and confirmations of last year down the drain.The system wasn't updated.Wait now 5 days for a respond...🥵
