Nedbank willfully not actioning a high court order
I finished my sequestration in April this year, all debts paid up. I have a court order and sequestration order that all listings to be removed from my name. I sent the court order to Nedbank on June 12 2024, till today Nedbank has not even bothered to contact me or give me any kind of feedback.
When i call their legal department they said that the case is with some in other department and it will take 72 hours for feedback. But guess what, i have been waiting since 12 June for Nedbank to give me feedback and to remove my listing as per the high court order

25 Jun 2024, 11:35I called nedbank again, after 10 minutes speaking to a woman and asking if i can speak to a manager, she said that no managers was available in the call centre and she hung up the call... I am so frustrated...
