Nedbank will pulverize you even if you are not at fault
Nedbank proved that they don't care for their clients. In this time when we are fighting to survive financially they decided to debit the full amount of an outstanding loan from my current account. That despite the fact that I am not in arrears as per my agreement and in fact have made 2 payments in April!!! At the most critical time in history they do this to clients not even in arrears as per agreement. So beware before you even open an account with this bank. You are a mere number in their books. Their typical excuse would be it is an automated system. You can phone till you blue that is what you will hear. I owe them nothing now. I will not fight again to get the money back, because I am tired of going through this again and again. I will however move my account from this bank that obviously don't care for the majority of their clients that are mere salary earners. When you have plenty they can't phone you quick enough to try and get you to invest it in one of their investment accounts, but get into a little trouble and they will pulverize you. You have finally proved that you are not the bank for me and that you don't want me as a client. So yes Nedbank I will not remain a client with a bank that doesn't want me as a client because I'm not wealthy and furthermore when I'm not even at default step on me. DON'T SUPPORT COMPANIES ANY LONGER THAT DON'T CARE FOR CLIENTS AND ESPECIALLY COMPANIES THAT DOES THIS TO CLIENTS IN A TIME OF IMMENSE ADVERSITY. NOR COMPANIES THAT ARE SO AUTOMATED THAT THEY CAN HIDE BEHIND THAT AS AN EXCUSE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
