Nedbank will not release my late mothers bank balance.

This is to show that they do not care. This is the second review i am writing about Nedbank that will not release the balance that was on my late moms bank account. My mom passed away in December i went to the branch and i was told that they need certain documents to credit the money into my account. I asked several times for a direct line to their deceased department and they said that the department only communicates using emails. I sent so much emails to be getting an automated response that says that they need death certificate. Letter of authority and copy of my Id and my mothers ID, which are exactly the documents that i have been sending all this time. My last email was to request a human being to call me or email me direct as that robotic thing they have is set to send the same email which os not getting me anywhere. I am so so tired and i will never recommend Nedbank even to my enemy coz they are evil to keep money that does not belong to them.
