Nedbank will not assist with my home loan issue

I had a minor issue with my home loan, and I went to the branch for assistance. There were no consultants there to assist, and the two hotlines they asked me to call could not solve my issue, or did not pick up at all. I had to escalate this to the branch manager, and not only were they uncooperative, they gave me the wrong email address as well. I am thoroughly disgusted by their dishonesty and lack of professionalism. They were so quick to take my money, but when I have a problem, they treat me like I am trash. Would not recommend getting home loans with Nedbank!
