Nedbank will not allow email notice to withdraw, have to go to branch in Covid times!

My investment matures tomorrow (2 July) and I want to withdraw it and pay this to my FNB account. Thandeka at call centre refuses to allow me to email my banking details, nor let my private banker at FNb do so as well, I have to go to a branch and request this payment to be made. It makes me think that only now because I am going to another bank, it is an uphill battle. last 5 years was no issue as they enjoyed my money.
