Nedbank, will be loosing clients!!!!!

Nedbank is the most unprofessional financial instituet. The promise they will assist their clients. Provide good service. I'm very, very disappointed in Nedbank. My father is the age of 66, and they expect for him to go into branch, especially during this lockdown in SA. He will be closing is account after 4 years. I will strongly disscourge all my friends and family members from Nedban****!!!!
