Nedbank WiFi false advertising.

Secure Wi Fi advertised seems to be false advertising as one can never connect. On several occasions I have attempted connecting to.no avail. I have brought this up with management and staff and they suggested that it was due to using an I Phone. After discussing this with Apple store I was advised this is not true. I would appreciate sensible feedback soonest. It seems NedBank is not customer focused.
