Nedbank why

Hello I’m very worried. I consolidated my Capitec loan with Nedbank 2 weeks back . I went to Capitec Friday to get a statement and asked also just to check if the loan is still appearing. Capitec says the is a R1000 odd I still have to pay and I know they will take it off my salary Monday. Nedbank please sort this out I did call Nedbank loan department yesterday and the gentleman said he’ll come back to me so has not and time is running out. I’ll be mad if by Monday this is not resolved and will have to go the banking obudsman.
