Nedbank....... Where you may bank but not use your money.

On the 11th November the Atm swallowed my master card. I blocked it and ordered a new one on the app. On the 15th I received an sms that the new card was ready for collection. I went to collect it on exiting the bank I went to the Atm to change the pin. I tried 4 times but it kept stating it is not possible. I also found that I am not able to use the card at almost all the stores I go to so I then logged a qwerty. On the 20th I called to here what is going on. Person was busy at the time but returned my call later on. She said that the card was an Amex card that I receive and nor an master card. She said that she will arrange for the correct card as a matter of urgency. Today the 24th still now answer or update. Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks without a card after the Nedbank Atm swallowed my card that hade no problem.
