Nedbank where you accounts are not safe.

Nedbank is not a safe bank. Last month I was de*****ed. I called their ***** line, a case was opened. To this day there was no response. Next I realized their money app does not link all my accounts or give me an option to. I called the customer care line, I was referred to someone to assist me. I was told to reinstall the app of which I did but still the same. I do not receive sms for transactions on my card. Something is fishy this smells like an inside job. Pls assist I am very frustrated.
