Nedbank where is my salary?

My name is Amanda Bekiso Madwayi ID no ***..i have the worst experience with Nedbank ,my story goes like this I had an account with Nedbank so I decided that am going to use it for my salary at work so I went to prominade mall in Mitchell's plein on the 28th of January to have it opend as it was close due to not being active so that day the lady that assisted me said she fixed it..only to find that it was closed again now the problem is that my employer had already deposited my salary there this was on the 25th of February I went to khayelitsha mall Nedbank I was told that this account is closed and that my money will be returned to my employer in 48 hours till today my money is no where to be found I was unable to pay my debts which are now in arrears am deep into depts because of Nedbank.
