Nedbank where is my money???

Nedbank has me all the way f'ed up... I've been having problems with them and been contemplating switching to another bank and now this happens.... Someone paid mobey b into my account on sunday its been over 48 hours money is not showing their agents are no help at all.... I saw the proof that the person did in fact pay the money into my accout its like it's disappeared into thin air!!!
