Nedbank what Happened?

I truly wish you can give this bank a zero star I have been banking with for so long but I am not sure who they are employing there anymore or what type of training this people get they have so much attitude when you need help it’s not the first or second or sadly the 3rd time I have been giving attitude by an agent when I really need help I have been struggling to cancel my overdraft been told it’s canceled then to find it’s not called in waited 30 min on the line I chatted to an agent on the app he called me and transferred me to that department again where I was waiting on the line for an hour no help at all I chatted again the afternoon to an agent he rather gives me a number to call I advised I am not getting hold of the department he rather goes on by saying I quote word for word And I am telling you they are experiencing high call volumes there is nothing I can do for have been with Nedbank for a long time and before I can say they weren’t like this Nedbank what happened ?
