Nedbank - what a joke/ mess

Nedbank???What happened to them?? There was a time when they were fairly decent but they have become a joke! Still charge more but I think give less. Waaaay less. !! A perpetual OVERCHARGE has taken about 9 calls to correct. They simply CANNOT SORT OUT A SMALL PROBLEM!! And yet handle my account & finances which is a concern.!! My time & data.........has cost double the amount I'm fighting about. Seriously considering a change in my bank!
