Nedbank - What a joke!!

I received a refund from SARS on Thursday, 6 July. It was unfortunately paid into my Nedbank account which i have not been using for a couple of years. I learnt that i owed them some funds which they immediately took when funds came into my account. The problem does not end there however as i now have to jump through fire hoops trying to access my own money. It s totally insane. I have done everything i was told to do but now i am being told that they need validation from sars that the funds belong to me. I just dont get why they did not need that validation when they took what was owed to them. Totally insane
