Nedbank what a disgrace

I am,speaking with my banker Lelani Venter Herm**** from 6,December to stop my Standard Bank debit order because I bought a new car. Not one email or word. Yesterday your agent stated that the standard bank 8300 will show then I will just reverse.... still not able to fo it. Now my account is overdrawn and one of the premiums that will be send back is first for women and I will loose my bonus with them in Jan because of your in competency.

I am furious I do not receive a call nothing I will sue nedbank I am over this behavior
