Nedbank what a disgrace

I am trying now for more than a week to apply for a personal loan. I went through all the stages with explanations and still no feedback after it was stated that it will be verified. The turn around time was 72 hours and still waiting.

It is unacceptable and cannot even explain how many times I had to complete the offer so I have million of reference numbers and no success.
