Nedbank (Westgate and Jabulani mall branches)

Nedbank has been blocking our club account and telling us that it’s due to FICA verification. We sorted all the documentation out and it was unblocked then blocked again saying the same thing. When the staff at branch level check our acccount, everything is in order and they can’t say why our account is blocked.
