Nedbank went from good to BAD!!!!

I have been a client of Nedbank for very long. But i have had the most difficult time with the place. I have an SAA voyager credit card linked to a Nedbank profile, which i have been unable to use for the past year. I have been to the branch 4 times, without any success, i have spoken to 10 agents over the phone and no success. STILL i cant log into my app....and no one at this useless bank is able to help.
