Nedbank Welkom

Went to Nedbank Welkom. Waited for a very long time to be assisted by a Consultant to make a substantial investment. 2 Consultants only. Apparently other Consultants on maternity leave. A Consultant eventually finished with customers and we expected to be served next. Not so lucky. The lady got up, left her workstation without any acknowledgement to us. We waited some more. Maybe she needed a comfort break. No luck. Enquired whom I could complain to. Branch Manager behind closed door. When we were able to discuss our complaint they didn't really have a solution. We realized we are not going to be served for possibly another hour. Maybe Nedbank Welkom doesn't need customers to invest their money with them. Their interest rates are the best but their service seriously lacking.
